Does it really take €15 to ship from Germany?!

I'm trying to find one of these for delivery to this dark continent.

Unfortunately, one seller wanted €18 for shipping, another €26(!!!), the lowest I found was this. Do you know of another wholesaler who may ship for less? I've ordered from a distro in Austria who charged €7 for orders of €30 or less (i.e. 2 shirts) so there is likely a better seller out there...

People sometimes up the postage to make the extra dosh, making the buyer think they're paying less, why don't you ask?
