i wish saxon would do a massive heavy metal tour with halford, judas priest and iron maiden, i mean for metal2000 maiden got slayer and entombed supporting!!! what a joke. if saxon had supported it would give them loads of people to play in front of and might introduce some younger fans to the music too.

Personally I loved the Entombed & Slayer supports. Both bands are awesome.
But yes why Saxon don't try to get on a major support tour is beyond me. It did wonders for Dio on the Alice Cooper tour and would expose Saxon to all those who gave up or don't know they are still around in the UK.
