It surprising (not really) that other chains havent picked up on chick fil a's tricks of the trade. Theres a reason they are always busy as fuck. Great customer service, fast as hell, good food. And the food usually looks like the pic on the menu

I will always pay more and go where I feel welcome.

Im with Ken, I'd rather support the delivery guy that works at the restaurant.

And the global pandemic excuses are so last year. Lets move on
