Hi guys, I just got a band to record, I already done rythm guitars.
They brought an ENGL Powerball with an ENGL Angled 4x12" Cab (dunno about the speakerz).
They had 2 guitars, a Washburn with Schaller Active Pickups, and a Epiphone Les Paul Custom with EMGs 81/85.
Once i was advised to record the guitars with a different sound on each side so I recorded one different guitar on each side but without changing the settings.
it sounded a lot discordant as it was more bassy on a side than on another, like this:

i tried some eq & etc a got this:

I wanted to ask: is this a coherent sound or should i reamp the bassy sounding one with diferent settings? I don't want to spend another day recording more guitars...
