Random Observation: Due to those 20th fret taps, this would be easier on a six string.

Hey Dan, my man, can u actually play that sorta 2 handed tapping on yer bass? That's pretty good for someone who has only been learning for as long as you have...

I don't tune DGCF, I play E standard, which is relatively the same thing string to string (so I play the same thing, it's just a different key). Once I get my capo in the mail I'm gonna downtune to DGCF, and use the capo for D#G#C#F# and EADG.

I got no problem with 20th fret taps... I actually prefer that, as it means I don't have to move my hand from finger plucking, down a heap of frets to tap something down low... 20th fret is only a short distance for the right hand to move.

I can kind of play it, but I would say I have a way to go with tapping still... not 100% at it, but yeah, pretty good for how much time I get to practice and how long I've been playing... how long have I been playing btw Dan?

Been playing about a year and a half. I'm no expert, but I feel I'm OK for the time I've put into it, and I'm working on getting better constantly.
