I just went to fucking Guitar Center and holy shit I got to play on the legendary 6505, which is basically a 5150.

Holy fucking shit I want one so badly. I think the price said around 700 dollars, hoooly fucking shit, and on the internet it said like 1400? I hope to god I didn't read the wrong label.

So I guess this thread is about your dream amp and or your experience with the 5150 amp.

Also Guitar Center fucking rocks. I don't know if all guitar stored let you try out everything as much as they let you because there is 0 musical stores in my town.

I'm going for the 6505. The Peavey, yes? The peavey 6505 used to be the 5150.
And btw, the internet one was probably a bigger one. There's a $1400 and a $6-700 version. Anyhow, I was playing the 6505 in guitar center a week or so ago and it sounded extremely badass with my new schecter.

I went to GC's site and it said like 1,400.
I can't fucking afford that right now unless I use some of my saving money.

And yeah there's like a 212 version of it where it's just smaller, but I want the real deal.
