As much as they seem like... typical power metal. There's something.. special about them, that makes them sound just simply better than many.

Dreamtale is okay. Liked the first album, hated the second. Wasn't impressed by any samples of the later stuff.
Milton you've never heard of them????
Their first album was fantastic.
Second, not so much. At all.
Third, I think I remember being better than the second, but no where near the first.
I'd still be interested in seeing them though.

Dreamtale was one of the mp3.com bands that left a lasting impression. Constantly plagued by poor vocals, though.
The demos (from which about half of the debut was derived) kicked the ass of the final studio versions. Particularly affected by this was Where the Rainbow Ends. I love the demo and I hate what they did to it on the album - it was poppified and slowed down from the awesome Helloween clone it was.
