Hicktown New York.
Me and my friend have a non serious side project called XCondorX and we decided to record a song.

I was just wondering what you guys think because its my first real mix that I think doesn't suck that bad (hopefully)

Ps. We're both straightedge so its not like an insult or anything were just messing around and he's not a screamer either so.... yeah anyway

HELP? :/

I had to cut the end out because there was so much flub in the bass being tuned down to drop a. The string was literally falling off, I tried mullti-band comping. Equing everything. Does anyone know how to avoid this with low tuning?

Heavier strings

use a 5 string set and throw out the high string.

its surprising how many people dont get their guitars/bass "set up" to actually play in a low tuning before they track...

Once it is you will get a better feel and sound = better recording
