Alright I have BFD2 but it just isn't getting the sound I want for metal music. It's pretty good for rock but none of the sounds I'm getting are any good for good recordings and I think that's my real downfall of recording.

What does everyone here prefer. Also I need something that would be good for making my own kit with everyone's .wavs around here. BFD2's not too good at importing .wav files as it automatically alters the sound of the kit piece. :bah:

Hey dude,

Nice to see you around here. Just for fair warning, very few people are going to come in and say much about a drum program, because the topic has been covered a lot on the forum before. It's hard to search due to the letter and word limits, etc, but you can search for such things through google, using this forum as a the reference.

If you get Superior Drummer 2.0 and augment it with samples, you can get some great drum tones.

Thanks for the help guys, I'll try out superior drummer when I get the money.

Sorry I'll search more next time.
