DT 10" format CD releases, how rare?

I just failed to snatch up copies of "The Gallery" and "The Mind's I" limited 10" boxes.
Does anybody know how many copies were made of each? The DT discography page has no info on this...
And how much would you be willing to pay for one in mint or very good condition?

I think I got my copy of The Gallery very cheap because it was slightly damaged, something like $18, but I would gladly have paid double that. I bought The Mind's I from Niklas private collection since he had a spare.

Eh? Is there a "box" with only The gallery or The mind's I in it? What sort of box is that? Or is it my crappy English/general wisdom that fails me again?
