According to the site of Mojo Concerts (Dutch Concerts promoter) Opeth will do two shows in Holland.

11 sep 2005 -- 013 (The Choice), Tilburg

14 sep 2005 -- Melkweg (The Max), Amsterdam

Hmm, ok. I've never been to Tilburg, it's a bit far for me (I live in Groningen; by train its about 4 hours I think). But I hear positive things about 013 all the time, so maybe I should check it out when Opeth plays there...
