I work in the same building as an ARC (Advocacy Resource Center) and let me tell you, some "retarded" people are quite capable of a lot of things. Just because he doesn't look like he has Downs Syndrome doesn't mean he's "just fucking stupid".

Sure, his delivery is funny. I laughed too, and watched some of his other vids as well. But I'm certainly not going to berate him or threaten to shoot him.
