Ear Fatigue Timer

I apologize if this has been answered already, but I used the search and couldn't find what I was looking for.

Does anyone know of a good timer that pops up on the screen and lets you know it's time to take a break? I googled and only found non-intrusive widgets and firefox apps. Thanks!

I use an iphone app, you could put your phone on airplane mode when mixing, if the reason you turn it off is to avoid distractions.

I'm on Windows 7. I tried diddling around with the task scheduler and it was taking up more time than it was worth. I'm likely just gonna do this

It's just a pain to watch the clock when you're in the zone.

I'd just be sure to listen at moderate levels 80% of the time and take a break every hour or two for like 15-20 minutes.

Having a timer when mixing or creating just makes no sense. I take breaks on MY TIME when I'm sick of doing something, haha.

Last thing I want is a timer up my ASS when I'm RIGHT in the zone; ear fatigue or not; I'll just turn it down =D

I use the timer mainly when I'm doing something more mechanical like editing or programming.

I trust my ears. They have an internal timer called fatigue.
