THIS WEEK ON YOUR CLASSIC METAL SHOW: After a technically plagued show last week, The CMS looks to come back strong for the last weekend in February. First off, Power Metallers Edguy have a brand new album called ROCKET RIDE which is some of their best music they've ever done. They are going to be touring the US this year, and we wanted to find out more about it. We scheduled a New Music Listening Party for ROCKET RIDE, and will also have someone from the band checking in to talk about the new record and tour.
Secondly, after all the problems last week, Y&T vocalist Dave Meniketti's interview didn't happen. However, it's been rescheduled for this week. Dave will be checking in with THE CLASSIC METAL SHOW to discuss the new Y&T Reissues, as well all things Y&T. Some of the new material from the reissues will be featured on the show as well.
Finally, a newcomer to the world of Classic Metal, RocKarma, will be joining the show on Saturday. Their self-titled debut would have been huge back in 1989, and now we'll see if it's huge for the CMS audience. We'll do a New Music Listening Party for ROCKARMA, and band leader Damon Kelly will stop by for a chat to introduce his band to all the CMS Listeners!
