This week is destined to be one of the more full shows that we do all year on THE CLASSIC METAL SHOW! First off, the popular lineup of Warrant has regrouped, kicked Jani Lane to the curb, and recruited Black N' Blue's Jaime St. James to take the helm! After a lot of touring to hone the new lineup, Warrant returns with a brand new album called BORN AGAIN. While it's unlike any Warrant album you've ever heard before, it's clearly heritage classic metal! We'll do a New Music Listening Party for BORN AGAIN, and Jaime has agreed to check in on the show as well.
Secondly, CMS Friend Brian Vollmer has gone from killer musician in Helix to great author; releasing a brand new rock n' roll tell-all book on the history of Helix called GIMME AN 'R'. Brian will be checking in with the CMS faithful this week to talk about the book, Helix, and the future. It should be good!
And finally, how is it that a guy who never recorded a note that anyone purchased with AC/DC can still make news as the "original lead vocalist of AC/DC?" Well, metaler Dave Evans will tell you how, and prove it with his killer new album called SINNER. In your face and ready to rock, Evans will check in on the show, and we'll do a new music listening party for his SINNER release as well. This show is gonna be jam-packed, so get your requests in early and get ready for some CMS Action!!
