[Eddie The Great]

I really enjoyed them at Bloodstock this year, and want to get some of their albums. Can anyone make some reconmendations about which are the best?

I would reccommend firstly Burning Down The Opera. As a live album it contains all the tracks you heard at Bloodstock! I also love all the following in no particular order.....Mandrake, Theatre of Salvation, Vain Glory Opera, Savage Poetry and Kingdom of Madness. You guessed it..I love them all!! Enjoy!!

The only one I currently have is Mandrake. It's an absolute masterpiece! I'm going to get the rest of Edguy's discography as soon as I can.

Vain Glory... for me, as it features Hansi from Blind Guardian I think..? Plus it's got an amazing cover of 'Hymn' by Ultravox. Cool...

 

[Symphony]

They are all pretty damn fine albums....Theatre of Salvation for me. You can't go wrong with tracks like Headless Game, Arrows Fly etc

I also love all their albums but Savage Poetry is still my fave
