Email I received from Amazon.com regarding the shipping date for the DVD...

I pre-ordered the DVD last evening. Amazon said it would be shipped on Nov.5th! So I wrote them an email asking why such a delayed shipment since the DVD comes out on the 26th....

This was their response:
