EMERGENCY! - Need someone good at CD Insert / Liner Notes Layout - Ivan Compilation!

I am looking for someone willing to donate some time to finish off the CD Jacket we have designed for the CD thats going out to help Ivan raise funds for his daughters surgery.

My PC is totally fucked right now and I don't think I am going to have time to fix it before the release date.

You will have to do some minor text layout, but other then that its complete. We already have the design I just need someone to do the layout, liner notes, and put it in PDF for the digital download.
