I feel like I still haven't really heard any clips of these, nor direct shootouts (or even unscientific "I had this, now I have this" comparisons) - any thoughts? After using my regular (non-X) EMG's at 18v for over a year, I went back to 9v a couple of years ago and definitely prefer them that way, so I'm not sure if increased headroom is what I seek, but it would still be cool to be certain!
