Can anyone tell me about the new empyrium album.
Why is there a single cd release and a triple cd release????

What do you mean? The album has 3 parts, each with several songs. Maybe they wanted to do a triple CD with each part on a separate CD?

As I have heard from other forums it is three "chapters". Unfortunately the whole set will be only about an hour, with each CD being about 20 minutes for the chapters sake. Hopefully it won't cost very much, it should be a very interesting lay out.

Displeased Records charges 13,50 Euros for the 1-disc version and 18,50 Euros for the 3-disc.
Don't know about the music, but beware that it may not be the same style they used on 'Wintersunset' and 'Songs of moors & misty fields' (which I both own)! If I remember correctly their previous album 'Where at night the woodgrouse plays' was 100% acoustic stuff...

i got the mini LP vinyl of weiland (or however you spell it), and it too is also all acoustic and other instruments, no amps here.
