ENGL Pro 112

Does anyone have any experience with the ENGL Pro 112? I'm very tempted to pick up the blem on Musicians friend... but if it doesn't sound good I don't want it.

I had one briefly with an Engl Thunder Head, and it was surprisingly good for such a small cab. Big sound, really, really clear and very tight - sounded typically Engl. I have no idea how it would record though.

I'd certainly think that using it as colour/ 2 out of 4 tracks etc would work really well.

Do you think it'd work as a live cab? I'm a "mic/sidefill" kind of guy so I don't need a massive backline blasting away at the front row.

Maybe, I can't really offer too much advice as I only had the cab for around a week and never did more than bedroom playing. It was really good for a 1x12 but at the end of the day its still only a single speaker in a small enclosure.
