I have a question.... Is it possible to take a midi drum that I have created and then send it to someone here so they can convert it to better sounding midi drums? I do mine in Tabit and I just dont like the drum sounds. Is anyone here willing to take a couple files and import into their midi program and send it back to me? I can repay you by sending you some metal cds that you may not have....

Sending might be a bad option. But download Addictive Drums or EZDrummer. These programs can import midi files and then assign different sound effects to different drum parts. Just write the MIDI file with what program you're comfortable with, get a decent drum simulation and then import/play!
Then the MIDI interface would send a signal to the sampler and play the defined drum sound. These are not cheap. You cannot get good drum sounds cheap, that's just how it is.
