EoR special edition pre-order?

Does anyone know where I could pre-order the special edition DVD EoR online as to make DAMN sre i get myself a copy? Specifically from a North American website. I know there's that Aus website sanity.com or something that some dude posted, but thats Aus and far away.
Can anyone help out this poor old bitch of a kid they call me?

The End will probably have it to preorder soon. That's who I am waiting on to get it in.

I have a friend who works at Century Media and he said this version will be available in the US, it is not an import only release. It will be somewhat limited but at least it won't be a damn import.

I would keep watching The End as well...I think they are awesome!!!

He said it has a killer etched cover to the disc set....I can't wait to see it!!

CD Universe has had it available for pre-order for a while...good price too.

Also, CD INZANE has pre-orders and
promises to have it earlier than everybody else, but who knows?
