Error with cubase finding VST's

my setup is the best it has ever been but its quite volatile i.e for some reason recently with some of my plugins, if i decide to load one into an insert the it acknowledges it..but when i hit the button to view the plugin nothing will come up...it was doing it for gclip before but now for some reason gclip works but glitch vst for example doesnt,

Anybody know why this happens?
p.s it even does it with vst instruments like superior drummer although superior will be running i cant get into it to edit anything.

It's fucking annoying.

Could it be a lack of RAM issue? Do you have a lot of other plugins loaded when this happens, or could it happen in an empty project?

That happens to me all the time when I'm running out of RAM.
