ESP SV guitar

What's the crack with this thing? Is it being sold in Europe, or just Japan? I've heard so many conflicting stories about this guitar and I don't know what to believe. Wouldn't mind getting one and sprucing it up a bit, but the question is, where the fuck can I get one? =P

I think what he means is that it's a total metal guitar. It's got a mad shape, and super high output pickups, etc. Stick a couple of seymour duncans in there though and it's a versatile instrument, i'd say! =O

I am not afraid, it's just it seems like a metal only guitar, and I will be playing Jazz, Classical, Metal too, I am going to Musicians Institute if anyone's curious. I just don't think an SV would fit into those categories. I wish i could try it out.

Well, I don't think you're going to play classical or jazz on an electric guitar... You'll need a classical and an acoustic one probably.

Pfft, play what you want on what you want. The only reason people get other guitars is for sound, if you get some pickups that YOU like, then anything YOU play on it will sound good to YOU.

I want it because I like the shape and the way you play it sitting down. The sounds however, I can just change the pickups. I just wish I could try an SV out.

Exactly, so if you get pickups that you're satisfied with, it won't matter what you're playing on it.
