um, why the sarcasm? it was the original title of My Arms, Your Hearse. Candlelight even put out ads in magazines early calling it Everything Dies.

yes, that was the original title, and Mike changed it right at the last minute. Unfortunately we had already put out adverts and press releases with the "old" title. I know the working title was being bandied about before the Type O song, and I have a vague recollection that the existence of that track may have forced a rethink.

Hate Plow also released an album called Everybody Dies the same year MAYH was released, so that would have been an even bigger mess in terms of metal underground..
