Legally, as long as he is rational and sane and understands the circumstances
and the charges for which he is accused during his trial, the court holds him ENTIRELY responsible and the community should as well.

I knew what you were saying. Of course I completely agree with you,

Rehabilitation is sometimes considered in incarceration.

If the accused is sane and judged sane during the time of his trial, and
understands the charges and the crimes, he is fully accountable for those
crimes in a court of law and can be sentenced to a time sentence in prison.
There are rehabilitations in Prison. When John Hinckley was convicted
for shooting Reagan, he was either going to be sent to a medical joint or
a prison with rehabilitation facilities. Unfortunately, they sent him to the
medical joint instead.

Fact is once your a convicted Sex Offender in Custody, you have to go to rehabilitation classes, if you ever want to be released early or on Parole......Once released, then you have to be registered as a Sex Offender........So I'm a firm believer in Punishment first, then lets talk about rehabilitation, if you ever want to be released into society again.......Pedophiles almost never turn for help, but prey upon helpless victims til caught......then scream they want help!

During the time the boy was taking drum lessons his behavior changed.
He became increasingly more disturbed and exhibited signs of trauma.
How do we know this? DOCTORS....have you heard of them? They are
trained experts in the body and the mind. When I say the word DOCTOR
I'm being inclusive of Psychiatrists who are EXPERTS in the common
symptoms and displayed behavior of young children and young
teenagers who have been exposed to and willingly or forcefully participated
in sexual acts. Sexual assault and Sexual molestion ARE NOT INVISIBLE
CRIMES! Jesus Christ on the fucking cross.

It was proven in the high court that as a young teenager the child was
given Alcohol and cigarettes on a regular basis by Dave Holland.
Do you not see this as improper behavior? Holland admitted it.
The parents noticed the child was bathing every day that he had gone
to Hollands residence. The child was known to be someone who DID NOT
like to bathe....yet he's bathing at Hollands house?

Pornography was found in Holland's possession. It was proven that the kid
was exposed to this pornography. Do you not see this as improper behavior?

What drum teacher gives his students alcohol and cigarettes and shows
his students porn and discusses his sexual orientation to his students?
THE KIDS ARE THERE FOR DRUM LESSONS.

This case was invested by the proper legal authorities before it went to
trial and finally could go to trial because there was sufficient evidence to
do so. When I say the word EVIDENCE I'm being inclusive of physical
evidence taken from Holland's residence and I'm referring to the kid
being interviewed by Court appointed Psychiatrists, and when the Court
does this, they don't pick the average dipshit with a degree off the street,
it's very commonly one of the most credible top experts in the field.
They spend up to hundreds of hours interviewing. I can't believe you
can be so fucking dim. Trained Police Detectives and Prosecutors take
physical evidence and compile it with Psychiatric evaluations and statements
of witnesses and those subpoened and build a case, thus eliminating
the mystery you keep referring to.

Therefore...WE DO KNOW.
