Well you never mentioned all that evidence before, now did you? If I had known half of that, I most likely would've agreed with the bashing. I can only react to what I'm given. And all I was given was yet another sexual assault case in a long line of cases against celebrities/semi-celebrities (to name a few: Manson, Jackson, Kobe). So I said my two cents, which still stands... and you guys still haven't grasped the fact that his innocence or guilt was never part of what I was talking about. I never once said he did or didn't do it. It was a matter of evidence, which there was none when this thread was created. Now there is. That's it.

I don't care if you think I look foolish, good lord. I've already said so. God knows you've all made asses of yourselves many times before. Hell you are right now by still talking about the whole guilt/innocence issue, which again, I was never involved in.

At least the METAL STATUS QUO didn't have much to do with this thread...

Your reading compresension is terrible then.........If you read the thread, & the updates........then you'd know the facts, of course theirs evidence, thats how it gets to trial........this is not the middle ages, where people are tried & convicted before they appear in court........The Justice system requires proof beyond a reaonable doubt, but lets hope your never on a jury........you side with Sexual Molesters & criminals.........before you even read the facts.......thats just wrong, unless you are one yourself?...........But we'll never know for sure.....

Okay, for the final god-forsaken time: I didn't side with anyone... I said we'll probably never know. However, now we do, because OfficerNice took the time to get the facts. You guys should really focus more on thinking and talking then flaming. There was never any need for a "flame war" in this thread, but as always it was turned into a sort of one.

My legal knowledge is lacking, and it is apparent? Explain to me how it is, if you please. Because I thought it was a closed trial? That's the only time I referred to legal processes, which I am not the best authority on (not on US ones). Have you ever taken a law class, DE?
