Just get their other two. Slaughtercult is better, in my opinion, than Gore Metal.

it really depends on your preference. gore metal is more grindy, slaughtercult is a mix of death and grind, and anatomy is destiny is more death metal influenced. they all have the exhumed sound mind you, but you can definatly hear a progression in their music

Anatomy is Destiny kinda bores me, i find the production to be really muddy and before long all the songs just sound the same to me and i fall to sleep

hehe maybe it is too complex for my feeble hooman braeen

i prefer the sound of their earlier albums, more catchy and some kick ass solid riffage! \m/
