Exporting Tempo map---Cubase

Sorry, guys I'm in a hurry and don't have too much time to research this more.

I'm producing Tony Danza Tapdance's next album, and Josh is trying to figure out how to send me the tempo map for the album for pre-pro.. I'm in no way familiar with Cubase... So how would he go about sending this??


In Reaper, all I have to do is add a MIDI file in a track, 'bounce midi' and make sure the tempo is Embedded... Is it the same in cubase?

If he exports a .midi file, simple open a cubase new project, import->midi, them it will ask if you want to create a new project, you click YES.
