Extol Open The Gates Mix Match

Trying to match that huge sound on their last album. Any opinions or feedback to improve the mix?

Sounds a little flat man. Needs a decent bass tone on it. Is that a midi bass?

Drums is too digital and snare sounds out of others drums context (too loud probably or it just does not fit for this drum kit)

yea i love the snare on that album but yours need a bit more work, its a bit too loud and it sounds like its always the same hit... drums in general sound too sampled
guitars sound close, bass needs a lot more depth

The guitars sound like they some sort of honk or squawk in the upper mids that needs to be taken out. Adding the bass did help some, but the kick still sounds plastic'y. Props for getting something similar, and good taste to boot!
