Worth paying 89$ for it? I'm curious.

I've been quite happy with all the freeware VSTs I've collected over the years. I'm just wondering if EzMix would bring me something more.

And TGIF!!!

Sounds good bestriffs!!! And thanks for explaining how you created the bass parts :)

Thanks :) Note that it's done only with stock presets. There are also many packs available for EZ Mix 2...

Sounds good for stock presets! Yesterday, while checking my Toontrack account, I discovered I had a "lite version" serial number but never downloaded the plugin. Tried it for a few minutes with EzDrummer and sounded not bad to my ears. More to discover... And I haven't decided yet if I'll get the full version. Bought Ezx Rock Solid and thinking getting Metal Machine too... Decisions!

I passed on this one on this round of sales, but I considered it - it was like $149 with 6 packs at AD or something like that.
The Sneap pack looks like a lot of amp sims + associated fx for them, so I'm not sure how those presets would sound with existing recorded amp tracks.
Those presets DO sound very nice, though.

I'm sure it's pretty good for a quick slam (kinda like the Pultec sim I always put on kick drums), but there were other things I needed/wanted more on this year's BF sales.

There is definitely a limited amount of adjustments for the fx, though, but much like EZD, it gets you to a good point with a broad stroke ...and that's the point of EZMix.

Yeah I think I have the lite version of it which is very limited if I remember correctly. But it was pretty cool to slap a preset on stuff and see how it turned out.

I was all "If this fucking thing makes my mixes sound better than what I can do in a click of a button, FUCK ME!"

Played with it once, never touched it since.
