Falconer - Northwind

I know if I was FORCED TO work out in a gym, I'd much rather do it to Falconer than something like Dragonforce. :D

The principle of going to a gym is not to be forced at anything, you go by your own choice.

Since 99.999+% of gymnasiums most probably will NEVER play metal in their group sessions (aerobics, spinning, pilates, tai-bo, etc.) therefore I segregate myself from all those activities. I do cardio and/or weight lifting and therefore as an individual activity I can go with my faithful walkman (and a 90 min tape :D) and my world is all that surrounds me.

I run, step, climb, do upper or lower muscles, and ogle to the women of course :heh: while Judas Priest, Falconer, Deep Purple, Motorhead, Venom or Black Sabbath are blasting in my years. Which is pretty funny because I see everybody doing exercise at METAL ryhthm

P.S. I do sing a bit too while running (not much or I lose breath) so I guess I piss more than one customer too :headbang:

From Blabbermouth:
Guitarist Stefan Weinerhall of the Swedish epic/power metallers FALCONER has issued the following update:

"We just extended our deal with Metal Blade for another four more albums. YAY!! We didn't see any reason to change label or even look over the fence since we're this content with the present situation and collaboration.

"The future plans consist of the festivals, of course, but also a studio recording sometime this winter.

"About the new material: So far I have seven new songs done, but there's still more work to them. Slightly faster and with more unexpected turns is all that I can say now. The lyrics will all be about Swedish medieval life and episodes. Not a concept album really but still something in that direction. What I decided early on what that it wouldn't become 'Northwind Pt. 2'. 'Northwind' is as good as it can be, therefore we'll make things a tad different this time. Can't wait until we're back in the studio again."
Four more albums, yes please! Just don't let Matthias Blad leave again.
