mh, i dont know. he was talented as in he could do many things at a very early age. but most of his stuff i totally uninspired, lacks depths. sure he knew his stuff ... it's just so tame (compare to beethoven who was roughly in the same time). he is a bit like a pop-star to all classical music. his music is easily memorable and ppl recognize the hooks and hterefore think he is so awesome ...

I think its because wherever i go travelling in the world and end up on a nice beautiful, peaceful beach somewhere, someone always has to put on the legends album....it fucking bores me to tears. For some reason chilled out places and this album have become synonomous...("Im in fucking Thailand, not Jamaica!")
