Fantomas - Delirivm Cordia

It was released in Europe in 2003, I remember because I wanted to buy it for $30 a month earlier than the 2004 US release. I'm counting it for the year end list, I plan on going by US release dates, not overseas. Sue me. :)

I think this is the most bizarre album Patton has been involved with.

What I noticed last night is that it requires ABSOLUTE attention. I listened to the first half and was completely sucked in, and for the second half I was sitting at the computer, and I turned it off because I stopped enjoying it. I tried to listen to it while driving one time, that didn't work either. Alone in the dark though, whoa. :zombie:, :kickass:, :hypno:, and :waah: all at the same time even.

I might have to consider this for my top 10 IF I can consider it a 2004 release. All this "released in europe in 2003 but N.A. 2004" confuses me. Ah fuck it, I'll just count it and use NAD's logic.

Oh yeah, in case you check this thread, you should check out their album The Director's Cut sometime. 16 covers of movie songs, like the themes from The Godfather, The Omen, Twin Peaks, Rosemary's Baby, and others. Very muchly good and very muchly metal.
