fav track from character

i think it might be simply because on a harsher/faster album, the softest song sticks out the most. the new build is also mentioned quite a lot (first song, and "the one with blast beats"...).

not saying any of the two songs are bad, just that they are quite natural early choices.
so if you pick out a song, that doesn't stand out from all the others you are teh evil tr00 fan and the others suck because they got another fav track?
i don't want to offend you, but that's what your post sounded like to me.

I guess people seem to like my negation first of all for its obvious quality and secondly cause it is the longest track and somehow shows resemblance to the "old" songwriting approach of dt, i.e. creating epic and grand songs, while most songs on the later albums and on Character as well are short and "compact". My negation is also one of my personal favs on Character.

it was only a thought concerning the (somewhat paradoxical) combination of people appreciating a harsher album yet liking the softest/slowest song best.

the rest is you reading between the lines. which isn't an accusation, cause i see how you think, but it wasn't meant to be there.

mind matters

ist the one with the happiest guitarmelodies in the beginning
but the solo from 2.40 to 2.45 is worth to buy the whole album!!
I like the keyboards very well how they are integrated into the whole sound
I like character after 4times listening more than DD...ahhhhrg what a damn good album
I burned a copy for my car and the original will stay locked in my cdplayer for the next month
