who and why, cuz there are many explanations... to me, Tony Martin recorded the better albun as a Black Sabbath singer... i'm not talking about the best play from BS, but i wanna know the best vocal work

Difficult choice between Dio and Ozzy. Dio is an amazing singer no doubt, but Ozzy has always been the main name for the band, his voice contributed well to their style of music back in the day.

I'll vote Ozzy, he fits the band perfectly.

As far as being qualified to sing goes, I'll vote for Dio because I never really liked Ozzy's voice. Not much a fan of Dio-era music, though.
