Holy Grail, if simply because I've watched the legendary Life of Brian far too often. Having said that, I might watch it again tonight now you mention it

holy grail is TEH funny with life of brian as a close second. flying circus is too uneven though it has some real nuggets like "the arrested chocolate seller" (frrrrog surrprise) and the one where
cleese teaches his martial arts students to defend themselves against vegetables.

The Quest for the Holy Grail is their funniest, while Life Of Brian is the best and with more "intelligent humor" . Hard too choose. They are both MASTERPIECES.

Just did right now, good one. The term "fuck off" is excellent, but nobody uses it like Python did, my favorite is:
