Nihilistic - that's a shame. =( Strange though, i'd have thought as obviously skilled as they are given all the other tracks...that'd they'd be able to manage any one ok.
Yeah, or its just an excuse =P they tend to play what they can be bothered playing live (or their favourite songs) - and not what everyone else wants. The Sword of Uncreation is BRILLIANT live, so is Lacertine Forest.

The Leper Affinity... best intro track ever. The way the opened with it at the NE Metal Fest 2003 was great. Everyone was freaking out for like 3 minutes, then Mikael said like "Thanks" and instantly after he said that they busted into the song. It was so quick and perfect.. :tear:

I'd have to say off the top of my head excluding instrumental intros:

Nokturnal Mortem - Kuyaviya
Emperor - The Eruption
Emperor - Into The Infinity Of Thoughts

aborted - Meticulous Invagination

haw haw! awww yeah!! has to be the heaviest, crunchiest, most bad-ass guitar production ever! I just love that massive bass-heavy concussion of noise that completely fuzzes-out your speakers for a split second when they hit the twisted later section.
