Favorite Producer/Studio?

@ V and the other people who don't care: Studio/producer makes a big difference in the sound of the album. I created this to complement the guitar tone thread.
While I'd never buy an album based on who produced it, obviously, I've noticed a pattern - 3/4 of my favorite CDs are produced by Frederick Nordstrom. Coincidence?

I really like stuff from the Necromorbus studio, even if it's a bit trendy during the last 2-3 years.

Why, Bob Rock of course!
I like what he did with Motley Crue, to be honest. He ruined Metallica, though. Or at least helped to.
Oh, I didn't mean I don't care, I meant I'm not KEEN as in I don't usually notice who records what.
Ah. Cool.
I really like stuff from the Necromorbus studio, even if it's a bit trendy during the last 2-3 years.
Why should trendiness matter?
And it can't be that trendy, because I have no idea what the fuck you're talking about.

I'd like to vote Erik Rutan as the WORST producer out there. As good as this guy is on guitar....you'd think he could clarify that muddier-than-fuck production style of his, just a little. The only album he's done that doesn't sound friggin muddy is CC's Kill.

For best production: probably Scott Burns.
