I really like all the songs, some more than others, but my favourite is In The Silence.

I would definatley I say "I wait" This song is amazing. And btw, I consider this CD to be the most depressing CD in my collection. I can be in a good mood and just listening to it makes me wanna be away from everything. It is dangerously depressing for me!

"The line that divides" does it most for me. Especially the instrumental segment between 3 minutes 50 seconds and 5 minutes 18 seconds. Pure genius. It gives me that (long lost) feeling of "potential". You know, when you know that bands are destined to become greats and small parts in songs like that are like small time windows to the future. I had that feeling with Katatonia too.

"Unending Waves" is one of the best songs ever made.

It has to be Unending Waves for me. That's actually my favourite song of all bands/genres, not just Daylight Dies. I was very disappointed that it didn't get played in Nottingham when I saw them! I love the seamless transitions between the faster and slower parts, and the solo is great. I actually prefer the version on Idle because of the extra little harmony at the end of the song.

I think the album is very consistant. The Line That Divides just about gets the vote for me, at this moment.

That's a very tough question. I'd have to say 'The Line That Divides' and 'In the Silence' for me, although 'I Wait' is a masterpiece as well.

Definitely those three, and probably in that order, too.
