I just got my two tickets for the N.J. show at the Starland Ballroom. It's billed as "The Machines at War Tour". I figure that not too many people here are really into this tour, but I thought I'd throw the info out for those who are interested. I love HYPOCRISY and try to see them whenever I can. Sometimes I just get in the mood for some brutal, heavy death stuff.

Haha, how ironic the first 2 posts on this are the 2 people in all of the Progpower forums to have The Hours That Remain icon. :P

This tour is going to be very good. I haven't decided if I'm going to go this year, but I'm always dying to catch Hypocrisy and Decapitated when they come around. Ironically, I saw almost the exact same bill (minus FF) last November. Every band is so great live, but I have seen them all so many times. Not that it makes a difference, i'll probably go anyway, haha! Cheers! :)

I want to check this out for sure. Fear Factory is ok to me. I saw them play with Throwdown, Children of Bodom and Lamb of God a couple years ago. I thought they were pretty good but nothing spectacular. I roamed around during their set at Gigantour last year. I like Suffocation but again not crazy about them. The two times I have seen them I was not there for them. The first time was opening for Morbid Angel (I was there for Satyricon and Morbid Angel) and the second time was with Behemoth and Cattle Decapitation (I was mostly there for Behemoth). I do like Suffocation though. I like Decapitated a lot and I LOVE Hypocrisy. I have not seen Decapitated live yet. Had the opportunity to this past February when they opened for Raging Speedhorn, Soilent Green, Hypocrisy, and Nile but I had a long day at work and just wanted to relax that night. I have seen Hypocrisy once and I was amazed by how great they are. The time I saw them was at the Brave Words & Bloody Knuckles 6 Pack Weekend # 3 festival during their tour with Mnemic, Dark Tranquility, and Soilwork. On this special festival date they played a longer set than they were playing on that tour and they were phenomenal. I can't wait to see them again. Virus is a great album.

I would never miss suffocation and decapitated. I really dig hypocricy but aren't they due to work on a new cd. I would rather have seen spawn of possession and anata, both from sweden, get a chance to come over here. Oh well, they would fit on a skinless US tour perfectly.

I will give fear factory credit. I haven't dug them since soul of a new machine and to see them tour with brutal bands again rather than nu rock is refreshing. I remember seeing fear factory open for obituary back in early 90's.

Spawn of Possession had to pull out of the Skinless tour.

I'll go to this show if there's an Atlanta date. I like Hypocrisy (hey, it's Peter Tagtren, rahhh) and FF has a CD in my Top Ten of all time. Suffocation and Decapitated are okay in my book, too.
