Little Pantheist update regarding the upcoming tour with Skepticism:
We are pleased to announce that Pete Benjamin will be joining us on second guitar in the "Exorcising the Funereal" tour. Furthermore, the previously announced gig in Scheld'apen on Saturday 1st November has been cancelled; however stay tuned, as we are currently negotiating another gig in the Antwerp area, which will feature both Skepticism and Pantheist! As soon as it will be confirmed, we will post an update here.

Our third album "Journey through Lands Unknown" will be available from Firebox, Lethal Conflict & Grau Mailorders from October 15th onwards. The offical release date internationally is November 5th (EU), November 15th (USA). The band will have the album available on the tour.

Depressed Mode has just recorded their second album for Firedoom Music. The album will be titled "...For Death" and the release will be either January or February 2009.

We have finished our second album. The album was recorded and mixed by Jori Haukio at Ansa Studio in Ulvila, Finland. Mastered by Mika Jussila at Finnvox Studios.

The album will be released at January 28th 2009 if everything goes as planed.

The album is titled as “..For Death..” and the tracklist is:

The second ABLAZE IN HATRED album “The Quietude Plains” is now finished and ready to be released. The international release of the album is planned in April 2009. To celebrate this effort the band have posted a new song from the forthcoming masterpiece.

The new album that will be released in January/February 2009 needs clarification:

THE GENRE OF THE NEW ALBUM IS “SYMPHONIC DEATH/DOOM METAL” NOT JUST FUNERAL OR DOOM.
OUR MUSIC CAN NO LONGER BE DESCRIBED AS “FUNERAL DOOM” CAUSE IT’S NOT. WE GOT ONE FUNERAL DOOM LIKE SONG IN THE ALBUM. IT’S THE TITLE TRACK OF THE ALBUM “..FOR DEATH”.
WE ANNOUNCE THIS BECAUSE WE DON’T WANT TO MISLEAD ANY TRUE DOOMSTER TO BUY OUR CD AND BE DISAPPOINTED TO THE NEW ALBUM CAUSE IT WAS NOT ONLY FUNERAL DOOM, OR EVEN DOOM.
THE ALBUM IS FOR ANY METALHEAD IN THE WORLD.
WE UPLOADED A “ALBUM SAMPLER” ON OUR MYSPACE SITE SO GO AND CHECK IT OUT SO YOU CAN HEAR FOR YOURSELF.

THE ALBUM STILL GOT SOME DOOM ELEMENTS, BUT THE NEW MATERIAL HAS DRIVEN US TO THE DEATH/DOOM METAL SCENE, AND WE GOT SYMPHONIC ELEMENTS IN IT.

“..FOR DEATH” SHOWS YOU THE WAY WE ARE HEADING TO, SO IF YOU ARE INTO ANY GENRE OF METAL, IT’S EASY FOR YOU TO FOLLOW US!

Firedoom Music has dropped the plans to reissue bands Departure album as 2CD. Instead in autumn 2009 there will be following Forest of Shadows reissues:
