New to mixing huh? This much I doubt lol
Anyways, the mix is pretty solid overall with a few problems.
First of which is the kick. Waaaaay to much "clack" and not enough of that sort of "dusty, slappy" kind of tone. The entire mix would greatly benefit if you went a little less extreme with the click. By losing some click you are likely going to want to ditch a little more low mid content so it doesn't end up sounding stuffy but that's only a suggestion if it does end up sounding that way.
Number 2 is the snare. Sounds thin as balls. Idk if it's the sample or your EQ'ing but it has too much high mid content going on so I'd lose some energy there. Fortunately for you, reducing this area will have the added benefit of clearing up the vocals a bit especially in blast beat sections. I would highly recommend using a different sample though. As the one you are using sounds reminiscent of a hammer striking a garage door lol a better and bigger reverb would pay dividends as well.
I can't hear a bass guitar either. So if there isn't a bass track, I would suggest recording one lol if there is, bring it up.
I'm not on my monitors at the moment so I can't comment as to whether or not those are the only major issues but those were the ones that were immediately apparent. There are some other little things that I would do differently but that doesn't mean that you are doing them "wrong".
