First Post, tips on mix?

Just a couple riffs for my DM band:
Randall RG100 G3 > sm57 just off center > Profire 2626
Drums and bass are synth'd

I didnt really isolate the amp and i think there's some reflections in there from the room, otherwise any tips would be appreciated

edit: oh yeah and two tracks at ~95% pan, very slight LP and high shelf boost

Its boomy, do a high pass at like 100hz. Tone seems kind of muffled too, try boosting around 3-4k.

Sounds cool.

Thanks for that, that really tightened it up quite a bit, wasn't pulling the HP high enough

hmm I'm not fan of that guitar's high end. I believe it upstages the rest of the mix in an odd way.

With a 140hz HP and a slight boost at 3800hz, although maybe it sounds a tad thin now...

I think the second post went nice and I take out the comment i posted earlier for I had a problem with my sound card and it made the high end of the guitars sound like they were digitally distorted.
