Ok so I recorded this for a friend of mine! here are the details:

- Lead Guitar & Bass were recorded some where else with not so great quality.
- Rhythm guitarist couldn't play to a click track to save his life haha
- Didn't take my time trying to get as great of a guitar tone as I could have.
- Drums, I replaced the kick and blended the snare with a sample

You didn't record a band. You ''mixed'' a band. And it's mono as shit. If you don't do things properly don't even bother to post in this forum. Sorry to be an ass btw.

Ooh guitars are severely out of tune. Drums don't sound horrible or anything being live. But the guitar sounds sort of too high gain and mono.

:/ So i'm guessing you were taking out the sickest sounding mixes when you first started right? ...

He said he : didn't take the time trying to get as great of a guitar tone as he could have.

That's what I was talking about when I said ''not doing things properly''.

I kind of agree, if you want the best advice, we are going to need to hear your best bro. Or we are going to be stating the obvious when it comes to criticizm. You always want to make sure everything is where you want and then play with it. However, you have the right to post anything and you didn't deserve to be told what was said.
