used to kinda dick around with stuff. trying to take recording a bit more seriously now.
just a 1.5 min clip of a pop punkish thing my brother started writing.
wondering if the mix is headed in the right direction.
as in does everything sit ok? guitar tone/ bass tone is decent??
No real editing yet.
im stuck with basics, so pretty much just some eq.
I dont have any fancy filters or ozone or anything like that.
Didnt go to deep into it, as i was just wanted to know about the tones
and if everything sounds "glued" together first.
LONG story short about the drums...
i realize they sound weird... its because i use a drum program that cant be opened inside a daw.
and have to import the drum track into cubase...which is fine, but
my drum program went to shit, and is in demo mode so i cant save ATM and all my samples i had got fucked..
so basically i had to record play back through AUDACITY and convert it,
which FUCKED the overall sound of the drums as of now, currently fixing the problem
so until then, just wondering what some thoughts are on this clip that i spent like 30 mins top on so far

( i also was recording using really weird bass frequency headphones, so sorry if the bass is too quiet or too loud hard to tell on these things
