Floyd question

Hey I just got a guitar with a floyd on it I think its orginal but I am having a problem, I bought it used and the bar was on it already, How do you take it off?, its very easy on my other guitar cause its licensed and you just twist it but I do not know how to do this one.

mine just plug in.if its an original floyd rose it should do the same.my friend had a kahler that u had to unscrew.post a pic of it.
