Some fun authentic sounding (read unpolished), Viking folk metal with lots of sweet catchy guitar melodies. You can listen to the whole thing below. My fave songs are The Tenth Legion, Soldier of Rome which has just wonderful melodies ala Finntroll. In fact Finntroll would have killed to write that tune! Also love the ultra melodic Muli Mariani, it has a sweet tempo and epic grand melodies. If you enjoy quaint Viking melodic metal then Folkodia will please you. The clean male singer also sounds a lot like Joakim. You'd almost think it's him!
