can someone tell me how to save these on to your comp once they have been made, i'm kind of technologically challenged

you can press "print screen" on your keyboard to copy the whole content of your screen into the clipboard. then, open for example paint, press Crtl+V to insert the picture, and cut off everything you don't need.
